What is the process of registration?

For admission of children into the madrassa, Parents are advised to attend during the madrassa classes and one of the administration will guide you through the process making you complete a registration form. Alternatively forms can be picked from the main office, Imams office or via any management staff.

Are classes held at Masjid-E-Khazra Butterbiggins road or Albert Road?
Evening madrassa is held at BOTH Mosques, parents are given the choice at time of admission.

When can I enrol my Child into the madrassa?
Usually the mosque has a high intake if admissions around each new academic year in August, although children can be enrolled into the madrassa throughout the year.

My daughter is five years old. Will she be able to attend children’s Quran Hifz classes?
We cater for the needs of our community and enrol children as young as 4 years old.

How many days in a week do you hold Quran classes?
We have classes everyday. For more information please contact us on 0141 422 1154.

I want to enroll my son for Alim courses. Do you provide text books?
Yes all content is provided once the child has been enrolled.

Is Islamic studies also taught during the madrassa classes?
Yes, islamic studies is incorporated into the syllabus

How many children are allowed in each group?
There are 10-15 children in each group. We try to keep the groups small so that each child gets most attention of the teacher.

What happens if a child is ill and wasn’t able to attend couple of lessons? Do you make up for missed classes?
A letter must be provided explaining the absence, any long term illness may require a medical note.

Yes the teacher who is responsible for the classes will give your child all the nessesary information which has been missed and guided throughthe homework InshaAllah.
